Booking on Roomeru is simple: Search for listings by location, dates, or university. Browse listings and read descriptions, reviews, and photos. Select your check-in and check-out dates. Choose the number of guests. Click "Reserve" to see the total price breakdown. Enter your payment details securely. Submit your booking request. For "Instant Book" listings, your booking is confirmed immediately. For other listings, the host will review and approve your request within 72 hours.

Minimum stay requirements vary by listing and location: Most listings have a minimum stay set by the host, typically ranging from 1 night to 30+ nights. In certain cities (like New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Cambridge, and others), local regulations require a minimum stay of 30 nights. Properties in these areas will automatically enforce this minimum. You can see the minimum stay requirement on each listing page before booking.
