How a student sublet is requested, signed, and paid for
Search by school, city, or dates and open a listing. Pick your check-in and check-out dates and click "Reserve". The checkout page shows the quote: the host's monthly rent pro-rated to your nights, and the exact schedule of rent charges. For stays of 30 nights or more you read and sign the Stay Agreement for those dates first. Then you save a payment method. Nothing is charged at this point. Listings marked instant book confirm as soon as your payment method is saved. Otherwise the host reviews your request and accepts it, declines it, or proposes different dates. Your booking is confirmed when it shows as confirmed in Your Trips.
Every stay is at least 32 nights and at most 92 nights (three months). A host may set a longer minimum for their room; it is shown on the listing and applied before you can reserve.
