The Basics

Verify Your Student Status
Sign up with your .edu email from an accredited US university. We verify every user to ensure our community consists only of verified students. This creates a network of trust—you know who you're renting from or to.

Search or List
Guests: Search for housing by location, dates, and school. Filter for entire places, private rooms, or shared spaces.
Hosts: Create a listing with photos, amenities, and house rules. Set your price and availability.

Book with Confidence
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For short stays, you pay upfront. For longer stays (30+ nights in certain states), we use monthly billing to comply with local tenancy laws. Funds are held securely until after checkout.

Stay & Complete
During your stay, communicate through our messaging system. After checkout, hosts receive their payout, and guests get their security deposit back (minus any documented damages).
