Verify Your Student Status
Sign up with your .edu email from an accredited US university. Every host and every guest is a verified student — you always know who you're renting from or to.

Search or List
Guests: Search by city, dates, and school. Each listing states which students the host accepts.
Hosts: List your room with photos, your monthly rent, the dates it's free, and who may book it — any verified student, students at nearby universities, or your own university only.

Sign, Then Save a Card
Nothing is charged when you book. You read and sign the Stay Agreement for the exact dates and rent, then save a payment method. The first rent period is charged 14 days before check-in; each later period on the day it starts. The whole schedule is shown before you sign.

Stay & Get Paid
Rent goes to the host's own Stripe account — Roomeru never holds it. The first period is released to the host 48 hours after check-in, later periods as they are collected. There's no security deposit and no cleaning fee — rent is the whole price.
